       We have been through alot this year and the year is now finally over. We have finished our game, we are very proud that it's doneand working right. Our game was about Homer Hickam and The Rocket Boys and it turned out great. We have all the right facts and information on our game and It's was fun to make the game with my partner. We had fun the whole year coming up with new ideas and We hope to be in globaloria next year! I will miss this class, my partner, classmates, and making my game!!!!!! Happy end of the year. (:

If I had more time.!!! (:

      If I had more time to fix my game I would add more platform games and tweens to the game levels. I would make my game longer and more fun for the audience to play. My platform game would last until the 5th scene in my game and I would have more than ten tweens. My game is really good now but, If I had more time it would be great! (:

Westest.!!! (:

estest      Westest is this coming up this week and Iwant to do my very best. We are all working very hard. Our grade averages have increased alot since last year. We hope to make it rise more this year. I hope everyone does good on westest and helps our score raise. I think I'm ready to take the test and I think I will suceed in making the scores higher for Mcdowell County Schools.

What I still need to do to get my game ready for presentations.! (:

          We have to put our movie clip together. The movie clip has the rocket blowing up on the fence. So, our movie will have the Auk 1 blowing up on Homer Hickam's fence in his yard. We also have to finish background scenes to go in our game. We have drawn the Auk 1, Auk 2, & Auk 15 as our backgrounds. We also have a final game background to show where Homer ended up in his career. It's a NASA lauch pad. We feel that our game will be very successful during presentations, let's hope thay all go good. (:

           This weekend, I can't wait for it to come. I'm going to the movies on friday & on saturday I'm going to faith's house so we can go to Charleston. I feel like I'm going to have alot of fun with my friends this weekend. I love hanging out with them.

Spring Break :D

      My Spring Break...
I plan to lay-out on the beach and watch the clouds roll by. I'm going to the beach with my bestfriend Faith. We are going to go shopping, swim alot, and get in the ocean of course. Presentations :D

      Our game is completely done and I think that presentations are going to go great. We have all of our scenes, buttons, and movie clips done and upload to our team page. We finished our final game and made it playable for our audience. I'm excited for presentations and I can't wait for children to play it.

Game ideas inc. into our games..(:

 We have had a few promblems with Flash. One of our promblems was when we had to turn our game into 2.0 instead of 3.0 because of platoform game. We fixed this by just reduing all of our buttons and turning them into 2.0 buttons with the old codes. We had a promblem with finding the codes for falling objects in 2.0 and it has made us very angry lately. Progress....... :D

Progress. We are almost done with our game. We have made our title page, 1st scene, 2nd scene, 3rd scene, & our lose and win scenes. We have made all of our buttons work and movie clips move. We have made tweens to this point and we have made our people move to jump over the enemy. Our progress is going well and I hope to succeed in finishing my game.

The BIGGEST struggle that I have over come this far.! (:

       The biggest struggle that I have over come this far is with Flash because, Flash has been hard. With flash you have to use movie clips and buttons to navigate your character through the game. Flash has been extremely hard for me becuase, there are way to many codes you have to go through to make one thing move. I have over come this struggle because, I have learned how to make my codes work the first time instead of doing them over and over again. Flash is easy for me now, I actually like it now. I practiced with Flash so I could get the movie clips and buttons to work. I made a lot of practice clips and buttons before I could work with flash, but now I'm a Master at Flash. (:

#Goals of my final Game.! (:

      I have three goals for my final game, my first goal is to finish my game. My second goal is to make sure my game works. My third goal is to play the game. I am going to finish my game so I can teach children about Homer Hickam and The Rocket Boys. After I finish the game, I will check to make sure the Final Game works. I will then play the game and let other people play it and give me tips on how to make my game better. I think my game will be very successful because, It's fun and educational. By learning with social studies, you can learn about history and have fun. That's what I hope to do with my Final Game Presentation.

Flash Progress :D

      My flash game is coming along very well. I have made my motion tweens and buttons correct. I'm done with my platform game and my minigame. They both work, as well as my game demo. Flash is hard but, I have really made progress in flash. I have learned all about codes this year, now I know that I have to get all my codes right for only one part of the game to work. Flash helps a lot with your game because, it corrects your codes and tells you what you've done wrong. I like flash and I like to learn something new about flash everyday.

-Struggles & Ideas....:D

     The struggles along the way were more than a struggle, it was a challenge. We struggled with making ideas. We came up with very intelligent ideas, but the one we stuck with is Homer Hickam and the Rocket Boys. We struggled with finding things to play on the scene that goes along with the Rocket Boys and Homer Hickam. These are the only things we really struggled with and we only had that one idea.

Three Things I have learned about Platform Games :D

     I have learned a lot about Platform Games this week. I think I will end up putting this in my game. There is alot of codes that you will use in this platform game. The first thing I learned about the platform game was that there are alot of codes that you have follow. The second thing I learned about the platform game is that you have to get your enemy to move on the same platform as your hero so you can jump over it. The third thing I learned about the platform game was you have to be specific about the instance name. I like the platform game because, it can be good use to my game.

      Now that I'm done with my Game Presentation, I'm finishing my a Final Game Presentation. Our Game is about Homer Hickam & The Rocket Boys. We put moving rockets on our game with sound and floating stars with facts about The Rocket Boys. The Globaloria People told me that I need a storyline about The Rocket Boys. I'm going to make a storyline about how the Rocket Boys discovered how tomake the rockets fly. I'mvery excited about my Game, I think it will turn out good.
